Ingredients

For the Dough
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter Adds an irresistible golden finish and rich flavor; substitute with olive oil for a healthier option.
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough Serves as the shortcut hero for fast preparation; crescent roll dough or pizza dough can also work.
For the Filling
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese Melts beautifully for gooey centers; try cheddar for a sharper taste or blend different cheeses for variety.
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni slices Tiny slices tuck perfectly inside the dough; regular-sized pepperoni can be chopped into smaller pieces or swapped for turkey pepperoni.
For the Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Provides a bold garlic punch; fresh minced garlic can be used as a substitute.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Enhances pizza flavors with herbs like oregano and basil; use a mix of individual herbs if the blend is unavailable.

  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown; about 8 minutes in an air fryer.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving with your favorite dip.
