- Preheat your oven to 375°F (or the air fryer to 350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of melted butter, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
- Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the pieces. Flatten each piece to about ¼ inch thick.
- Place approximately 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella and a few mini pepperoni slices in the center of each dough round.
- Pinch the edges of each dough round to seal and gently roll them into balls.
- Place the dough balls seam side down on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with the seasoned butter mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown; about 8 minutes in an air fryer.
