- Shape the turkey mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-23 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, combine hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, sesame oil, low sodium soy sauce, and sriracha. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Gently toss the baked meatballs in the glaze until coated.
- Serve meatballs over jasmine rice or noodles, garnishing with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
