Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Finely crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until sandy. In a bowl, combine crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a 9x13 inch pan. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese and peanut butter in a large bowl until smooth. Slowly add 1/4 cup of milk and powdered sugar, mixing until blended. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over the chilled crust and freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. Whisk together instant chocolate pudding mix with reduced milk until slightly thickened. Spread over the peanut butter layer. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
  4. Spread remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer. Garnish with mini Reese’s and peanut butter chips. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
