Preparation Steps
- Finely crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until sandy. In a bowl, combine crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a 9x13 inch pan. Freeze for 10 minutes.
- Beat softened cream cheese and peanut butter in a large bowl until smooth. Slowly add 1/4 cup of milk and powdered sugar, mixing until blended. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over the chilled crust and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Whisk together instant chocolate pudding mix with reduced milk until slightly thickened. Spread over the peanut butter layer. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
- Spread remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer. Garnish with mini Reese’s and peanut butter chips. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
