- Brew a shot of espresso or make a strong coffee with double the usual amount of coffee grounds for about 1/2 cup of rich coffee.
- In a medium saucepan, pour in 1 cup of oat milk and place over medium heat. Stir in 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Heat gently until steaming.
- Remove the oat milk mixture from heat and froth using a milk frother or whisk for about 30-60 seconds until airy.
- Pour the hot brewed espresso or coffee into your mug halfway and layer the frothed oat milk mixture over it.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired and serve immediately.
