Ingredients
  

  • 2 6-ounce salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Brush the honey mustard mixture generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Drizzle the lemon juice over the salmon.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
