  4. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing it out to cover the bottom.
  5. Mix cold butter, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the swirl, then sprinkle over the first layer and swirl with a knife.
  6. Pour the remaining batter over the cinnamon swirl, smoothing the top.
  7. Combine cold butter, additional flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the crumb topping, sprinkle it over the cake.
