  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup pizza sauce

  • 1/2 cup bell peppers diced
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  3. Add flour, olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture and knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  5. Roll out the dough and place it in a deep-dish pizza pan.
  6. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  7. Layer mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, and mushrooms on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
