  • 4 large tortillas soft flour or whole wheat
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce washed and dried
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese freshly shaved
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing lighter version if desired

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Thaw shrimp if frozen. Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning. Preheat grill to medium-high and grill shrimp for 3-4 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  2. Once grilled, set shrimp aside to cool. Lay tortilla flat, add romaine, grilled shrimp, Parmesan cheese, and drizzle with Caesar dressing.
  3. Fold sides of tortilla inward and roll tightly. Cut in half diagonally and serve immediately.
