Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat until shimmering. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add lean ground beef, dried oregano, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 7-8 minutes, breaking up the meat until browned and cooked through.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, grated garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix until smooth and season with salt. Chill if possible.
  4. Warm your pita or flatbreads in the skillet over low heat for 1-2 minutes per side or microwave for 15-20 seconds.
  5. Spread a layer of garlic yogurt sauce over each warm pita. Add the cooked beef mixture, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, crumbled feta, and garnish with parsley or dill.
  6. Fold or roll the wraps tightly and serve immediately for best flavor and texture.

Notes

Assemble wraps just before serving to prevent sogginess. Adjust salt and pepper for the best flavor.
