Step-by-Step Instructions for Ghostly Lasagna
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions for about 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain well and lay flat to prevent sticking.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese with drained spinach, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of the baking dish. Layer noodles, chicken, ricotta-spinach mixture, and more marinara. Repeat layers, finishing with sauce and mozzarella on top.
- Cut mozzarella into ghost shapes and place on the top layer, using black olives for eyes.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow the lasagna to rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
