Step-by-Step Instructions for Ghostly Lasagna
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions for about 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain well and lay flat to prevent sticking.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese with drained spinach, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of the baking dish. Layer noodles, chicken, ricotta-spinach mixture, and more marinara. Repeat layers, finishing with sauce and mozzarella on top.
  5. Cut mozzarella into ghost shapes and place on the top layer, using black olives for eyes.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
