Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into even, bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Wash baby potatoes and cut larger ones in half. Layer them evenly at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken on top of the layer of potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle minced garlic over the chicken and add dollops of butter. Pour chicken broth gently.
  5. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the top of the mixture.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, checking for doneness.
  7. Remove lid and let settle before serving. Garnish with extra parmesan and parsley.
