- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in whole milk and mix until uniformly combined.
- Divide the mixture into four portions and shape into mini loaves on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over each meatloaf and optionally sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
