For the Meatloaf
  • 1 pound Ground Chicken Can substitute with ground turkey.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated for best results.
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs Gluten-free option available.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 large Egg Beaten.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil For drizzling on top.
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese Optional, for topping.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour in whole milk and mix until uniformly combined.
  4. Divide the mixture into four portions and shape into mini loaves on the baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over each meatloaf and optionally sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
