  3. Fold in shredded mozzarella cheese if using.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan.
  5. Combine ketchup, Parmesan, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce for the glaze. Brush over the top of the meatloaf.
