- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
- Once the beef is browned, add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until it melts into the mixture.
- Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and roll each biscuit into about 1/4 inch thick rounds.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit round. Fold and pinch the edges to seal.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush this mixture over the tops of each bomb.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the tops of each sealed bomb.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
