Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Once the beef is browned, add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until it melts into the mixture.
  5. Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and roll each biscuit into about 1/4 inch thick rounds.
  6. Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit round. Fold and pinch the edges to seal.
  7. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush this mixture over the tops of each bomb.
  8. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the tops of each sealed bomb.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
