  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • Cooked rice or pasta for serving

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the shrimp to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
