  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  3. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the garlic butter mixture.
  4. Thread the shrimp onto skewers, making sure they are close together but not overcrowded.
  5. Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  6. Remove the shrimp from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
