Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Your Dish: Butter a 9" x 13" casserole dish generously.
  2. Melt the Butter and Marshmallows: In a pot over low-medium heat, melt the butter and stir in marshmallows until smooth.
  3. Fold in the Cereal: Off heat, fold Rice Krispie cereal into the melted marshmallow mixture until coated.
  4. Press the Mixture into the Dish: Spoon the mixture into the prepared dish and press down evenly.
  5. Cut the Treats: Once set, cut into rectangles or desired shapes.
  6. Prepare the Candy Coating: Melt green candy melts and dip the tops of each treat.
  7. Add Fun Decoration: Sprinkle black jimmies and add royal icing eyes while the coating is wet.
  8. Pipe Decorative Features: Melt black candy melts and pipe fun features onto the treats.
