Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sliced salami
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cubed pepper jack cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 cup hummus or ranch dressing for dipping
  • Fresh parsley or basil for garnish optional
  • Red white, and blue themed picks or skewers

Method
 

  1. Start by preparing all your ingredients. Slice the salami and pepperoni, cube the cheddar and pepper jack cheese, and halve the cherry tomatoes. Slice the cucumber and prepare the baby carrots.
  2. In small cups or jars, begin layering the ingredients. Start with a layer of hummus or ranch dressing at the bottom.
  3. Next, add a mix of salami, pepperoni, and cheese cubes. Aim for a colorful presentation by alternating the meats and cheeses.
  4. Add a layer of cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and baby carrots on top of the meats and cheeses.
  5. If desired, garnish with fresh parsley or basil for a pop of color.
  6. Insert red, white, and blue themed picks or skewers into the cups for easy serving and a festive touch.
  7. Chill the cups in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
