Preparation Steps

  4. Repeat the process with the remaining bacon and muffins.

  7. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake covered for 35 minutes, then uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  8. While baking, prepare the hollandaise sauce with egg yolks, cream, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, cayenne pepper, and salt in a blender.
  9. Allow the casserole to cool, slice, and drizzle with hollandaise sauce before serving.
