Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by cutting the boneless skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with cornstarch.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, cornstarch, orange zest, grated ginger, minced garlic, and optional crushed red pepper flakes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add half of the chicken pieces, and cook until golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. Transfer the first batch to a plate and repeat the cooking process with the remaining chicken.
