  • 8 oz Spaghetti Gluten-free pasta can be used.
  • 1 tbsp Salt For pasta water.
  • 4 cups Water Freshly boiled.
For the Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 4 tbsp Butter Use unsalted for better control over seasoning.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes Adjust according to spice preference.
  • 1/4 cup Parsley Freshly chopped.
For the Shrimp
  • 1 lb Shrimp Peeled and deveined.
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice Can substitute with lime.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, then add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet, cooking until pink and cooked through, approximately 3-4 minutes.
  4. Toss the cooked spaghetti into the skillet with shrimp, along with lemon juice and chopped parsley, mixing well.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
