Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak the shrimp in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Whisk together gluten-free flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dredge the shrimp in the seasoned flour, shaking off any excess.
  4. Double-dip the shrimp in buttermilk and then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry the shrimp in heated oil for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
