Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a blender or large pitcher, add 4 cups of apple cider, 1 cup of pumpkin puree, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of pumpkin pie spice, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth.
  2. Pour the blended pumpkin juice into a large pot and place it over medium heat. Stir gently for about 5–10 minutes until steaming but not boiling.
  3. Remove the pot from heat and let cool for about 10 minutes to meld the flavors.
  4. For chilled juice, pour it into a pitcher and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
