- In a blender or large pitcher, add 4 cups of apple cider, 1 cup of pumpkin puree, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of pumpkin pie spice, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth.
- Pour the blended pumpkin juice into a large pot and place it over medium heat. Stir gently for about 5–10 minutes until steaming but not boiling.
- Remove the pot from heat and let cool for about 10 minutes to meld the flavors.
- For chilled juice, pour it into a pitcher and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
