Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and let the frozen puff pastry sheets defrost for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut out eight ghost shapes using a ghost-shaped cookie cutter.
  3. Spread marinara sauce on four ghost shapes, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and add pepperoni slices on top.
  4. Cut eyes and a mouth into the remaining ghost shapes, place over the filled ghosts, and press edges to seal.
  5. Mix one egg with a tablespoon of water and brush over the tops of the ghosts.
  6. Bake the ghosts in the preheated oven for 13-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let the ghosts cool for 3-5 minutes before serving warm and enjoy!
