Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of oats, 1 cup of nut butter, and ½ cup of honey or maple syrup, stirring until cohesive.
  3. Fold in 1 cup of chopped nuts and ¼ cup of seeds, mixing until well incorporated.
  4. Incorporate ½ cup of dried fruit, folding gently.
  5. Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before slicing into bars.
  7. For optional drizzle, melt ½ cup of dark chocolate with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and drizzle over sliced bars.
  8. Store bars in an airtight container at room temperature or freeze for longer storage.
