- If you're including fries, start by cooking them according to the package instructions. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) if using frozen fries, and spread them evenly on a baking sheet. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway for even cooking.
- In a medium skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Once the oil is shimmering, add the diced yellow onion, stirring occasionally for about 5-7 minutes until the onion becomes translucent and fragrant.
- Add 1 pound of ground beef to the skillet with the sautéed onions, breaking it apart with a spatula. Stir in 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, along with salt and pepper to taste. Cook the beef for about 7-10 minutes, or until nicely browned.
- Once the beef is cooked, it’s time to build your Loaded Burger Bowls. Begin with a generous layer of shredded iceberg lettuce at the bottom of each bowl. Top it with approximately 3-4 ounces of the seasoned ground beef, followed by diced Roma tomatoes, the desired amount of pickle chips, and a handful of shredded cheddar cheese. Don’t forget to add about half a cup of crispy fries on the side.
- Prepare your homemade burger sauce by combining mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, and seasoning in a small bowl. Mix well until smooth. Drizzle the sauce generously over the assembled Loaded Burger Bowls.

Notes
Store leftover components in airtight containers for up to 3 days. Keep toppings separate from the beef and lettuce to avoid sogginess.
