Step-by-Step Instructions
- Spray the inside of your CrockPot with olive oil to prevent sticking and ease cleanup.
- Place the chicken breasts evenly across the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Pour marinara sauce over the chicken, then sprinkle garlic powder, onion granules, Italian seasoning, paprika, red chili flakes, and chicken broth. Stir gently.
- Cover and cook on LOW for about 4 hours, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove chicken and shred it with two forks, then return to the pot.
- Stir in cheese tortellini, shredded mozzarella, and heavy cream, ensuring tortellini is submerged. Cover and cook on LOW for an additional 30 minutes.
- Gently fold in the baby spinach and let cook for another 10 minutes.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and adjust seasoning to taste. Serve warm.

Notes
For best results, ensure chicken breasts are similar in size for even cooking. Frozen tortellini may require slightly longer cooking time.
