Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions for CrockPot Chicken Tortellini
  1. Spray the inside of your slow cooker with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Place the boneless chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Pour the marinara sauce over the chicken and sprinkle the spices on top.
  4. Add the chicken broth to ensure the chicken is submerged.
  5. Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for about 4 hours.
  6. Carefully remove the chicken and shred it with two forks before returning it to the slow cooker.
  7. Add the cheese tortellini and mozzarella cheese, stirring in the heavy cream.
  8. Cook on LOW for an additional 30 minutes.
  9. Stir in the baby spinach and cook for another 10 minutes until wilted.
  10. Finish with grated Parmesan cheese, stir, and adjust seasoning before serving.
