Preparation
- Marinate the fish by combining fish, vinegar, peri peri seasoning, ginger garlic paste, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss well and let sit for 15 minutes.

- In another bowl, whisk together the egg and milk until smooth to create the egg mixture.
- Coat the marinated fish in the egg mixture and then roll in the breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
Cooking
- For deep frying, heat oil to 180°C (356°F) and fry the nuggets for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- For air frying, preheat air fryer to 180°C (356°F) and air fry nuggets for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- For baking, preheat oven to 200°C (392°F) and bake nuggets for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway.
Serving
- Serve hot with a tangy dipping sauce like tartar sauce or aioli.
