- In the first bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper. In the second bowl, whisk eggs and Dijon mustard until frothy. In the third bowl, place crushed pretzels.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, dip into the egg mixture, and then roll in the pretzel crumbs.
- Let the coated chicken rest for about 10 minutes.
- Transfer the chicken to the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Optionally broil for an extra 2 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine cheddar cheese, milk, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then serve hot with the mustard-cheddar sauce for dipping.
