For the Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • 4 cloves Garlic Fresh garlic is highly recommended.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Half-and-half can be used as a lighter substitute.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil or Butter Margarine can also work.
  • to taste Salt and Pepper Adjust to taste.
For Garnish
  • to taste Fresh Parsley Optional but enhances the dish.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a greased baking sheet.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts between plastic wrap to an even thickness of 1 inch.
  3. Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. Set up a breading station with beaten eggs in one bowl and panko mixed with Parmesan in another.
  5. Dip each chicken breast in beaten eggs, then in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly.
  6. Place breaded chicken on the greased baking sheet, spaced apart.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  8. While the chicken bakes, sauté minced garlic in butter or olive oil for 1-2 minutes.
  9. Add heavy cream to the garlic and let simmer for 5 minutes; season to taste.
  10. Let the chicken rest, then drizzle with creamy garlic sauce and garnish with parsley.
