- Mix the flour, yeast, and warm water until a smooth dough forms. Knead for 8-10 minutes until elastic. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan. Add minced garlic and stir for about 2 minutes until fragrant. Set aside to cool.
- Punch down the risen dough, divide into small pieces about 1-inch in size, and roll into balls. Dip each ball into garlic butter.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese generously over each buttered dough ball.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and arrange dough balls on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
