  1. In a small skillet, melt 1/2 tablespoon of butter over medium heat, add 1/4 cup of panko breadcrumbs, stirring constantly until golden brown. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Wash 4 mini seedless cucumbers under cool water and slice them into 1/4-inch rounds. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
  3. In the bowl, add 1/2 cup of freshly shaved Parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup of crumbled bacon. Add 2 tablespoons of toasted breadcrumbs and Caesar dressing, tossing gently until well coated.
