Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for crispy texture.
  2. Combine shredded chicken, lime juice, and taco seasoning in a bowl.
  3. Warm corn tortillas in microwave for 45-60 seconds.
  4. Grease a baking sheet with avocado oil.
  5. Assemble tacos with cheese and chicken mixture, folding tortillas.
  6. Brush the outside of each taco with avocado oil.
  7. Bake tacos for 17-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  8. Prepare jalapeño ranch while tacos bake.
  9. Serve warm with toppings and jalapeño ranch.
