Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice the chicken breasts into thin cutlets, then whisk together the egg and milk, mixing in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat and fry the chicken cutlets.
  2. Prepare the garlic butter by mixing melted butter with mayonnaise, minced garlic, parsley, and parmesan until smooth.
  3. Preheat the oven to 450°F, split the hoagies or baguettes, and spread garlic butter on the inside. Toast in the oven for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Whisk together the ingredients for the Caesar dressing in a separate bowl and set aside.
  5. Assemble the sandwiches by layering fried chicken cutlets and dressed romaine lettuce on the buttered toasted bread.
  6. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve warm with sides like potato chips or waffle fries.
