Ingredients
  

  • 2 large Honeycrisp apples diced
  • 1 cup celery thinly sliced
  • 1 cup red grapes halved
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced Honeycrisp apples, sliced celery, halved grapes, chopped pecans, and dried cranberries.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the apple mixture and gently toss until everything is well coated.
  4. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled, garnished with additional pecans if desired.
