Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchini with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the zucchini is evenly coated.
If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the zucchini and toss again to distribute.
Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the zucchini chips are golden brown and crispy.
Remove the chips from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
