Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets 6 ounces each
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon sliced (for serving)
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. This helps achieve a crispy texture.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  5. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down. Make sure they are not overcrowded.
  6. Cook the salmon for 8-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Once cooked, remove the salmon from the air fryer and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
  8. Serve with lemon slices and garnish with fresh parsley.
