- Preheat the Air Fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir until smooth and well-blended.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to 1/8 inch thick.
- Spread the pumpkin filling evenly over half of the pastry, leaving a border around the edges. Fold over the plain half to create a pocket and press edges to seal.
- Cut the folded pastry into 1-inch strips and twist each strip gently.
- Place twisted pastries in the air fryer basket without touching each other.
- Cook the twists for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and allow to cool slightly before serving.
