  • 1 batch Pizza Dough homemade, store-bought, or sourdough
For the Garlic Butter Mixture
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter or dairy-free alternative
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Parsley finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest or lime zest for a twist
  • 2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan or hard cheese alternative

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Melt ½ cup of unsalted butter, mix in minced garlic, parsley, lemon zest, and Parmesan.
  3. Cut pizza dough into 12 equal pieces and roll into balls.
  4. Brush a round pan with half of the garlic butter mixture and place the dough balls in it.
  5. Cook the dough at 400°F for 5 minutes, then reduce to 325°F for another 5 minutes.
  6. Brush remaining garlic butter on top and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Let the garlic bread cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
