Baking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of rolled oats with 1 cup of peanut butter until blended into a sticky mixture.
- Stir in 1/3 cup of honey or maple syrup until evenly incorporated.
- Fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten each scoop into a disc shape.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until edges turn golden brown.
- Remove from oven and cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
