- In a medium saucepan, pour 2 cups of your preferred milk and heat over medium heat. Stir occasionally until small bubbles form around the edges, about 5-7 minutes.
- Once the milk is heated, remove it from the heat and stir in 1/2 cup of chopped white chocolate, stirring continuously until completely melted.
- Sift 1 tablespoon of culinary-grade matcha directly into the melted chocolate mixture. Add 1 tablespoon of honey and whisk vigorously until clumps are gone and well combined.
