  • 16 ounces Potato Gnocchi
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated
For the Finish
  • 2 cups Fresh Baby Spinach

Step-by-Step Instructions for Lemon Chicken Gnocchi
  1. Prepare the Chicken by cutting the chicken breasts in half lengthwise, seasoning with garlic powder and lemon pepper.
  2. Sear the Chicken in olive oil and butter over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Sauté the Garlic in the same skillet for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. De-glaze the Skillet with chicken broth and lemon juice, simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add Cream and Gnocchi to the skillet, simmer for 5-7 minutes until cooked through and sauce thickens.
  6. Incorporate Finishing Touches by adding parmesan cheese and baby spinach; stir until combined.
