  • 8 oz Mushrooms or spinach, zucchini
  • 4 tbsp Butter or olive oil for lighter option
  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour or cornstarch for gluten-free
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth or vegetable broth for lighter version
  • 1 cup Cream or Milk use milk to lower calories
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese or mozzarella, Gruyère
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil salted water and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and toss with olive oil.
  3. In a medium saucepan, melt butter and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant. Gradually whisk in flour, broth, and cream, cooking until thickened.
  4. In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, and mushrooms. Pour in the creamy sauce and mix thoroughly.
  5. Fold in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch dish, cover with foil, and bake for 30-40 minutes, uncovering the last 10 minutes.
