- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a large casserole dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked through. Set aside to cool.
- Boil salted water and cook the spaghetti until al dente, approximately 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, drained spaghetti, cream of chicken soup, chopped bell peppers, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased casserole dish and spread evenly. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the edges are bubbly and the cheese is golden and melted.
- Let the casserole cool for about 5 minutes before garnishing with green onions and serving.
