Method
 

Cooking and Prep
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the radiatore pasta and cook according to package directions, typically around 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and sour cream or Greek yogurt until smooth. Add honey, Dijon mustard, kosher salt, Italian seasoning, and pepper.
  3. Add the cooled pasta, broccoli florets, chicken, golden raisins, diced celery, sliced almonds, and scallions to the dressing. Toss gently to combine.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Adjust seasoning if needed, and serve chilled.
