Cooking and Prep
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the radiatore pasta and cook according to package directions, typically around 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and sour cream or Greek yogurt until smooth. Add honey, Dijon mustard, kosher salt, Italian seasoning, and pepper.
- Add the cooled pasta, broccoli florets, chicken, golden raisins, diced celery, sliced almonds, and scallions to the dressing. Toss gently to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Adjust seasoning if needed, and serve chilled.
