- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and reserve a cup of the starchy pasta water.
- In the same pot, return to medium heat and add olive oil. Sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant and golden.
- Add broccoli florets and cook for 3-5 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
- Lower heat and stir in Boursin cheese, breaking it apart as it melts to create a creamy sauce, about 2-3 minutes.
- Return pasta to the pot and toss with the sauce. Add reserved pasta water as needed to adjust the sauce consistency.
- Season with salt and pepper, plate the pasta warm, and garnish with fresh herbs or extra cheese if desired.
