Step-by-Step Instructions for Creamy Beef Pasta
  1. Cook the Pasta by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil and adding your choice of pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the Beef in a large skillet over medium heat, cooking the lean ground beef for about 5–7 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Sauté the Aromatics by adding diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the browned beef. Cook for about 2–3 minutes until the onions are soft and translucent.
  4. Combine Ingredients by stirring in diced tomatoes, Greek yogurt, and grated Parmesan cheese. Let the mixture simmer for around 5 minutes.
  5. Toss with Pasta by adding the drained pasta to the skillet, mixing gently to coat the pasta with the sauce. Cook for an additional minute on low heat.
