  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 100 g Brie Cheese cut into 12 equal cubes
For the Pastry
  • 1 roll Frozen Puff Pastry thaw before use
  • 1 large Egg beaten, for egg wash

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry to about ½ cm thickness on a floured surface.
  3. Slice the rolled pastry into 12 equal squares using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
  4. Gently press each square into the cups of a shallow 12-hole muffin pan.
  5. Spoon a teaspoon of cranberry sauce into each pastry cup, followed by a cube of Brie cheese.
  6. Gather the corners of each pastry square and pinch them together to seal.
  7. Brush the tops of each sealed pastry puff with the beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let the pastry puffs cool slightly before serving.
