Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and dark brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then mix in the pumpkin puree, bananas, and vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients gently.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 55–60 minutes.
  7. Once baked, let it cool for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  8. To prepare the glaze, melt the butter and maple syrup, then stir in the powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt.
  9. Once the bread is cooled, pour the maple glaze over the top.
